As a Reiki Master Teacher, Akashic Records Reader, 500-Hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 500), Corrective Exercise & Sports Performance Specialist, and Master Certified Life Coach, I bring over twenty five years of experience in yoga, meditation, and energy healing to my practice, offering a unique blend of traditional wisdom and modern coaching techniques.

My journey began with a profound experience living in an Ashram in San Francisco, where I immersed myself in the spiritual and meditative aspects of yoga, learning to harmonize the physical, mental, and spiritual dimensions of life. This foundation has shaped my approach, which is centered around helping individuals achieve balance, clarity, and a deeper connection with their true selves.

As a Reiki Master Teacher, I offer energy healing sessions that promote balance and wellbeing, addressing physical, emotional, and spiritual imbalances. Reiki is a Japanese energy healing technique that involves the gentle transfer of universal life energy through the hands of a practitioner to the recipient.
